I think I should clarify the following: GENGAR DID NOT MEGA EVOLVE. MEGA EVOLUTION CAN ONLY BE REACHED WITH THE HELP OF A HUMAN AND LOVING TRAINER BY USING A MEGA STONE. THE TOWER CHANGED IT'S APPEARANCE BECAUSE OF THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF GHOSTS SURROUNDING IT. IT'S JUST A VISUAL EFFECT.
I'm noting this down because it is mostly my fault for not being good enough with the narrative though.

GHOST GALAXY.
It takes a shit ton of synchronized ghosts to lift an entire building up in the sky, lemme tell you that.
But anyway, that makes it for chapter 23. It feels so good to be done with a chapter, especially this one because it took forever. Blame me on that and I'll blame my slave workers from your part : )
