GHOST defeated by being sliced like pizza thanks to ivysaur's razor leaf attack which consists in her spinning at a high speed using her sharpened leaves as razors. I'll show that in an actual panel soon.
Those condemned to spend the rest of their eternity as wandering ghosts looking for redemption (which are completely different from ghost types in this comic) will still be susceptible to all kinds of pain. From emotional to physical.
I'd say to even a higher degree as a visceral and cruel reminder of their yet-to-be-finished job on the mortal plane, and also as an exchange for being able to harm mortals.
